  1. Scrunch is owned and operated by Scrunch LLC, EIN 47-2530846 (‘We’, ‘us’, ‘our’), a company duly formed in Delaware, United States of America.
  2. By accessing or using Scrunch, registering as a user, or using any application that integrates with or makes use of Scrunch, You agree to be bound by the following Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is in addition to any other terms and conditions applicable to Scrunch.
  3. This Privacy Policy is designed to supplement and support your general protection of personal information which we may gather through your use of Scrunch. Common sense applies. It does not replace your obligations or our rights under any applicable law or regulation.

Third party authentication and single sign-on services

  1. You may associate your Scrunch account with, and login to Scrunch using an available third party social media or single sign-on API. We do not control the information requested by the third party through their sign-in process.
  2. Where you login to Scrunch through a third party social media account, we may request certain permissions from you, such as access to your basic account information, friend list, followers, etc, depending upon the social network. From this permission, some platforms may provide information even if you have chosen not to make it public on that site. Please consider the specific third party’s privacy policy for further information about the personal information they may provide to us.
  3. Where such a site provides information to us, we may treat that information as if it was provided to us directly, subject to the terms of our privacy policy.

Anonymity

You may not interact with us anonymously or register an account under a pseudonym. We require accurate personal information wherever you register an account, apply to claim a page, or enter into an agreement including the payment of fees.

    1. Providing access to Scrunch and other Scrunch Services;

    3. Promoting and advertising third party affiliate services to You;
    4. Enabling third party integration with Scrunch through our published API;

    6. Providing statistical and analytics information to Scrunch Analytics users, including those with a paid subscription.
  2. We do not sell any personal information to any third party. We may provide de-identified statistical and analytics data to paid subscribers of Scrunch Analytics.
  3. Where you link to a third party site from Scrunch, we may provide session information to the third party, and may receive commissions from affiliates if you proceed to purchase products or services from that third party.
  4. We may use and disclose your personal information to avoid an imminent threat to a person's life or to public safety, or for reasons related to law enforcement or internal investigations into unlawful activities.

Third Party Apps and API Integration

  1. We may allow third party apps to use or display any information from Scrunch, including information you provide, at our absolute discretion, and subject to such additional developer terms as we publish on Scrunch.
  2. We do not permit any third party app using our API to store personal information of Scrunch users without express consent from the user.

We strive to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personal information submitted to Scrunch, and we review and update our security measures in light of current technologies.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure. However, we will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information you may transmit to us or from our online products and services. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy, by posting a modified version on our website, without prior notice to you. Any such modified version will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
