The Media Community Development (MCD) organization sits within the Small Business Group and contributes directly to Metaβs mission by connecting video creators, community leaders and non-profits with their audience to enable economic opportunities. The goal is to help our partners meet their objectives by leveraging our business solutions. The Partner Growth team within MCD is responsible for developing, validating and delivering solution-based recommendations that drive impact at scale for torso and tail partners who depend on our platform to build an engaged audience, monetize their videos and even make a sale. The team is searching for an experienced and entrepreneurial Partner Growth Manager to launch, optimize, iterate and scale digital marketing campaigns by using Metaβs online channels (i.e. Facebook on-platform notifications and Newsfeed ads) and Email. This individual will leverage internal and external tools to manage global campaigns that help thousands of partners meet their desired outcomes on Meta. Partner Growth Manager, Creators Responsibilities:
The Partner Growth team is responsible for developing, validating and delivering solution based recommendations that help partners achieve their objectives.
Core responsibilities are to develop strategies and launch go-to-market plans for digital lead acquisition, engagement and solution adoption.
Build, manage, and optimize multiple online channels (email, on-platform notifications, etc.).
Work cross-functionally with analytics, programs, marketing and international stakeholders to execute digital campaigns.
Produce insights that drive more effective campaigns through data analytics, design, and implement test plans (A/B and multivariate) to understand incremental campaign impact.
Work closely with creative teams to develop marketing collateral.
Partner with Analytics to report results in order to educate management and cross-functional teams on program performance Identify opportunities for technological and process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics, influencer marketing, or equivalent.
Experience in building digital marketing campaigns (using Email, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Experience with A/B test setup and channel optimization.
Experience working directly with analytics teams and evaluating campaign performance.
Experience leading cross functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
Analytical and performance-driven marketing experience.
Strong understanding of platform driven businesses.
Experience in Microsoft Excel, SQL and HTML platforms.
