What You’ll Do:

As the Digital and Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will support KIND’s Digital, Social Media and Influencer marketing efforts. Reporting to the Associate Manager, Digital & Social Media, your primary responsibilities will be to ensure the flawless execution of key influencer campaigns and to report campaign performance to find opportunities for optimization. You will also support content calendar planning and social media community management. And this is how you will do it….

Influencer Marketing

  • Manage In-House Influencer Marketing Program, including identifying and leveraging influencers for paid and earned programs

  • Analyze and report on campaign results and KPIs, highlighting successes, trends and opportunities

  • Work with influencers to created content for KIND owned channels in partnership with the digital producer, Associate Manager and Digital Designer

  • Ensure contracted terms are executed within brand, campaign, and legal guidelines throughout the year. Stay current with best practices surrounding FTC guidelines related to influencer marketing and social media

Content & Community Management

  • Build and manage publishing for monthly organic social media content calendar for Facebook and Instagram, executing against the overall digital content strategy and brand guidelines in partnership with Associate Manager

  • Identify and engage quickly and efficiently in pop-culture/real time/trending moments, across platforms with accurate and engaging content

  • Support community management using social media platforms and digital tools to monitor and engage in conversations relating to KIND in partnership with Associate Manager

  • Work with Customer Service to help address and solve customer complaints, questions and other inquiries in a timely manner

  • Create and maintain social media messaging matrixes with internal partners; communications, brand and legal to ensure updated messaging

You have…

  • 1-3 Years of experience

  • BA/BS, English, Journalism or Marketing background preferred

  • Excellent writing skills

  • An ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Experience in community management for a brand or media company

  • Experience with social media management systems, analytics and social listening tools

Pluses
