Reporting to the Head of Digital, as the Director Influencer Marketing you will help nurture and scale our video creators program across all social platforms with an eye towards key global markets. You will lead a team of high performers and use your subject matter expertise to demonstrate the value of the program, internally and externally. You will help build a strategy, robust measurement framework and work to optimize our incentive programs to best fit an ever-changing social environment.

You will have shown success leading a team in the video influencer space before and demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit throughout your career. You will be an open and collaborative leader, supporting Roblox as it continues to grow and innovate.

You Will:

  • Build a bold vision for our influencer program across the globe

  • Foster the growth of a team and help them achieve their goals

  • Oversee strategy, goal setting and measurement in close partnership with XFN teams

  • Build relationships with our influencers to ensure they are supported and able to succeed

  • Help educate and grow the understanding of the space within the company, using the success of the current program and your past experience

  • Plan and execute in person events in support of influencers and their engagement on the platform (stand-alone and/or part of industry moments)

  • Optimize the incentive program in partnership with our product and growth teams

  • Drive success through strategic planning and reporting across channels

You Have:

  • 10+ plus years of experience in influencer marketing/programs, focus on video/content influencers (YouTube, Twitch, etc)

  • Strong track record of building and scaling influencer communities and programs for consumer brand(s)

  • Experience across multiple social media channels

  • History of collaborating with multiple departments and clients

  • Creative at new positioning/execution strategies

  • Self-motivated and directed
