About Ingenuity Influencer Marketing And Your Role


What you will be doing:

  • Implement and optimize Influencer strategy across Ingenuity’s verticals: Wellbeing, Beauty, Food & Beverage or Retail.

  • Work closely with Senior Execs to review performance and be a point of contact to establish Ways of Working both internally and externally.

  • Use tools including Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel & PowerPoint to analyse and report on influencer performance for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Liaise with marketing channel teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns and amplify influencer coverage

  • Collaborate with the trading team to align on offers to be included in influencers content

  • Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape and be familiar using tools to seek out new influencers aligning with different brand’s values and positionings and their key KPIs.

  • Strong understanding of existing and upcoming Social Media platforms and how to utilise within Influencer marketing

  • Stay on-top of social trends and platform updates for wider team’s use within content output

  • Manage account budgets and overall KPI’s, ensuring targets and objectives are met across vertical

  • Manage team comms to ensure group and client processes are adhered too

  • Lead client relationships and establish rapport with key stakeholders

  • Support on potential events and ad-hoc tasks that are related to Influencers

Role Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • +2-3 years’ experience in Influencer Marketing, PR or similar digital marketing area

  • A genuine interest in beauty, nutrition and retail, and an ambition to be at the forefront of this exciting area of digital marketing

  • An understanding of how influencers can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value for brands

  • Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and organisational skills

  • The ability to multitask and work well under pressure

  • A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to meet deadlines

  • Additional language skills are a huge advantage.

  • Relevant Degree in Marketing or similar
