The Opportunity

Do you want to contribute to building and protecting the reputation of Procter & Gamble and our brands? As a Brand Communications Manager, you’ll represent our brands to many outside partners such as journalists, social media influencers, medical professionals, and non-government organizations. A career in P&G Communications will enable you to demonstrate and build your skills in communications strategy and planning, public relations, collaboration with external organizations and internal business partners, social advocacy, PR agency relationships, integrative thinking, foresight and scenario planning, and issues management.

Job Description

We are specifically looking for someone to join our Personal Care team and join the Olay Body and Quiet & Roar teams. You will focus on leading influencer marketing strategies and execution of plans that build the business by effectively engaging key influencers through multiple marketing vehicles, but primarily PR, social/digital media, and events. You will be creating and driving talk-worthy ideas, shareable content, credentials, and more.

This role is all about innovation and driving breakthrough in communications that delight consumers, key opinion leaders, and influencers alike. You should continually seek new and better ways of getting the job done and be passionate about building the best communications campaigns - not just at P&G but anywhere.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who:

  • Are a strong digital native with a deep understanding of social media platforms (from both owned, earned, and paid standpoints).

  • Show a strong track-record of developing influential communications campaigns that result in a sales lift, or compel consumer to action (this includes experience developing best-in-class digital and social engagement campaigns).

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and ability to develop innovative insights, ideas and opportunities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 (or more) years of relevant work experience (Marketing/PR/media agency, in-house, etc.)

  • A Bachelors, Masters or MBA in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or similar degree

  • Experience developing external communications and social media plans

  • Ability to relocate to Cincinnati, OH
