This role would work solely on Boots UK as part of the WBA group.
THE ROLE:
Our Influencer Manager is responsible for planning, identifying, proposing, and managing influencers from end-to-end. They understand the social media landscape and can navigate client briefs and requests. Youโll be a people person, with a black-book of existing influencer contacts as well as able to build new relationships and constantly on the lookout for smarter and more effective ways of doing things.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Presenting recommendations based on client brief and best use of budget
Identifying suitable influencers from micro to macro, for each campaign
Developing influencer strategies across all key social platforms with a particular focus on TikTok
Aiding in development of content strategy and calendars
Understanding the clientโs needs and wants, and able to translate those into clear briefs
Managing client expectations (e.g. ambition vs budget)
Managing influencers from contract negotiations, through to briefing and reviewing/feeding back on influencers proposals and work
Owning and managing budgets
Drawing up contracts, based off an approved template. And working with legal is changes need to be made to that template
Managing influencers when their proposals and/or work need to be adjusted to better align to clientโs ambitions
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
5+ years experience as an social influencer manager
Strong understanding of contract negotiation
Ability to plan and manage budgets
Ability to draw up contracts based on a pre-agreed template
Demonstrated success with client relationships and influencer campaigns / programmes
Kindness, patience and optimism
Highly organised
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work fast and smart under pressure
A thirst for social media trends and planning
Interest in internet culture and pop culture
An entrepreneurial attitude to seeking out opportunities
Excellent client-facing communication skills
Strong verbal and written communication skill
WEโD LOVE IF YOU HAD:

Understanding of social media tools and capabilities, including:
Platforms (TikTok (focus), Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc)
Management tools (Sprinklr)
Social listening
Social media measurement/analytics
