If you had worked with us in the last 6 weeks, you would have:

  • Worked with the team to create exclusive influencer product collaborations

  • Nurtured and build relationships with key Showpo influencers in Sydney through lunch meet and greets

  • Strategised our International Women’s Day Event, Influencer Marketing Plan and Guestlist

  • Brainstormed innovative ideas for our Mardi Gras campaign and social integration

  • Ideated creative ideas on how to propel Showpo into the US with activations like Coachella

  • Supported our Workwear and Amalie products launches through your extensive database of engaged influencers

Day to day, you will:

  • Project manage by working cross functionally with internal teams to ensure influencer marketing efforts are aligned

  • Organise and lead influencer specific campaigns throughout the year

  • Initiate and brainstorm creative new approaches for influencer marketing campaigns

  • Briefing and management of influencer contracts to deliver content and social posts

  • Identify and build strong relationships with key influencers in line with the brand across all social platforms

  • Develop, manage and analyse influencer opportunities and campaigns based upon seasonal initiatives, product launches, and key events

  • Ability to report on the ROI and overall performance of influencer campaigns, by doing monthly reporting

  • Constantly source new talent and new platform opportunities in alignment with the brand guidelines

  • Negotiate and deliver cost effective use of budget

  • Manage social media/influencer order requests and deliveries for influencers

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in Influencer Marketing, including contract negotiation

  • Ideally you will have worked in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment, and have project management skills/experience
