We're offering a paid internship on our influencer team. As the Influencer Content Intern, you'll brainstorm and pitch viral content ideas by researching our diverse series and social media trends. We're looking for a creative, social media savvy marketer who understands how to craft entertaining ideas to connect the WEBTOON brand with Gen-Z audiences. You will work with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Digital and Partnerships, Creative, and Content.

Internship Details

  • Paid internship with 20-30 hour work week that's flexible with your academic schedule

  • A remote program that runs for 3 months with the potential to extend depending on performance and team needs.

  • Gain hands-on marketing experience in a professional, virtual environment

What You Will Do

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, memes and viral hashtags to pitch influencer content ideas and campaigns with our influencer team

  • Research the WEBTOON library to identify viral-potential moments

  • Assist the Influencer Content Coordinator with administrative duties such as content review, organizing digital assets, and updating databases

  • Update and track multiple content creation schedules to ensure timely delivery of creative assets

  • Discover new talent based on audience demographics and social media metrics

  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Who You Are

  • You’re deeply engaged in WEBTOON and entertainment, staying on top of the latest news and trends within the community.

  • You must be knowledgeable about social media platforms from the brand perspective, including (but not limited to) TikTok and YouTube.

  • You must have experience researching influencers based on marketing objectives and social media metrics.

  • You can work in a fast-paced startup environment and execute multiple projects with enthusiasm and attention to detail.

  • Bonus if you have experience with Photoshop and/or video editing.
