Mellow Yellow is a creative content studio and advertising agency based in LA. Founded by writer Hong Tsou and photographer Jill Kelly in 2020. We work in any medium, ranging from industrial to web design, but our mission remains constant: create cutting edge content for digital and print.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content strategy and delivery across all Social Media platforms; paid and organic.
* Daily content creation, scheduling, and monitoring of all social media channels.
* Optimise engagement through creative, on brand reels, stories and video content.
* Deliver paid social media funnels and advertising to generate leads and revenue.
* Ensure our social community is well engaged and that our brand DNA is executed flawlessly across all platforms.
* Conduct analytics reporting across all platforms to ensure performance is constantly maximised.
* Oversee and schedule supporting national campaign content & disseminate to wider network.
* Coordinate and manage our ambassador and influencer program.
* Develop and manage strong partnerships with brands of similar target market appeal.
* Provide agency-style support to franchise network on local social media paid promotions.
* Work with clinic teams to maximise local social media pages.
* Monitor all local social media accounts to ensure compliance and brand governance.
* Work with supplier partners to maximise reach and portfolio growth.
* Keep across and deliver on digital/social trends as they hit market.
* Concept, development and creation of video content for digital and social channels.
* Some blog writing where required to support social content.
* Manage social media complaints and respond promptly, escalating where required.
Requirements:
* 1+ year experience managing social channels.
* Passionate about social media and content creation.
* Proven ability to create powerful social media content that delivers revenue growth.
* Experience working across paid and organic Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube.
* Experience with content production across photography and video (short and long-form)
* Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills.
* The ability to generate fresh content ideas to engage with our current audience and build our digital community.
* Experience in adobe suite, specifically Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop.
* Proven experience creating video content for social channels.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
* Strong attention to detail
* The ability to collaborate with the team and apply constructive feedback.
* Be a team player with a “can do” attitude.
* The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and work confidently under pressure is necessary.
