The Meta Content & Community Partnerships (MCCP) team works with partners across entertainment, creators, public figures, news, sports, community leaders and nonprofits across the family of apps. The team is focused on helping build and grow innovative and meaningful content and community engagement experiences and businesses that deliver sustainable value for our partners in the form of audience, advertising revenue, and conversions. The team works on a wide range of product initiatives, including: Watch, Live, Instagram Video, Reels, Partner Monetization, News, Groups, Charitable Giving, Health and Education. The team also provides horizontal support across these areas for deals, content strategy and planning, audience development, product marketing, creative strategy, scaled outreach, and company-wide efforts like cultural relevance, IP regulation, racial justice initiatives and curation. Meta is seeking to grow its Creator Partner Solutions team within the larger Creator Partnerships organization. The Creator Partnerships team at Facebook works closely with the leading content creators in the world, including creators, public figures, music artists & athletes. This role will focus on working with top public figures & music artists and building programs that drive product adoption and business value. The role will work closely with Strategic Partner Managers, Product Teams, Marketing, Data Analysts, and Media Operations to help Facebook and our partners unlock business value across Meta's family of apps.
Product Marketing Lead, Emerging Creators & Video Responsibilities
Create exceptional culture and develop outstanding teams with exceptional product marketing skills
Manage a high performing team of product marketers as they develop solutions that educate and help emerging Creators grow their audience & make a living
Develop multi-year, annual, and semi-annual plans and hit aggressive company goals
Partner with in-market teams, marketing, and product leadership to set go-to-market plans, priorities and goals for our emerging Creators
Distill and surface market feedback that informs product roadmaps across orgs in an effort to continuously improve our offering for Creators
Shape innovative internal training programs to educate our in-market teams on a growing set of Creator product solutions
Drive best practice creation & implementation of solutions by channel, and by the key βjobs to be doneβ for Creators as they grow and earn a living
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
8+ years of experience strategy, consulting, general management or marketing experience
Track record of influencing behavior at all levels across an organization
Demonstrated experience driving resolution in the context of perspectives
Organization and people management experience - including setting priorities, problem solving, multitasking and working independently in a workplace
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience focused on Creators/influence marketing
Dynamic and flexible leader who is comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
Proven communication skills with experience educating & inspiring all audiences
Proven record of mentoring and experience in a client facing capacity & leading a team of performers
