The Meta Content & Community Partnerships (MCCP) team works with partners across entertainment, creators, public figures, news, sports, community leaders and nonprofits across the family of apps. The team is focused on helping build and grow innovative and meaningful content and community engagement experiences and businesses that deliver sustainable value for our partners in the form of audience, advertising revenue, and conversions. The team works on a wide range of product initiatives, including: Watch, Live, Instagram Video, Reels, Partner Monetization, News, Groups, Charitable Giving, Health and Education. The team also provides horizontal support across these areas for deals, content strategy and planning, audience development, product marketing, creative strategy, scaled outreach, and company-wide efforts like cultural relevance, IP regulation, racial justice initiatives and curation. Meta is seeking to grow its Creator Partner Solutions team within the larger Creator Partnerships organization. The Creator Partnerships team at Facebook works closely with the leading content creators in the world, including creators, public figures, music artists & athletes. This role will focus on working with top public figures & music artists and building programs that drive product adoption and business value. The role will work closely with Strategic Partner Managers, Product Teams, Marketing, Data Analysts, and Media Operations to help Facebook and our partners unlock business value across Meta's family of apps.
Strategic Partner Manager, Established Creators Responsibilities
Build and cultivate relationships with a growing and diverse set of world class creators
Drive product adoption through strategic partnerships with digital creators, agents, managers, publicists and leading digital content organizations
Concept and execute strategic talent development plans for digital native talent
Work closely with the Instagram Product and Product Research teams to proactively resolve business, technical and policy issues
Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends
Represent Meta in external meetings with tastemakers and creators
Work cross functionally to support large scale budgets, event activations, travel and operations
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience working directly with digital native talent in a talent relations/management/agency capacity
Expert knowledge of the digital/emerging creator economy
Knowledge of teen centric creators and youth culture
Experience working cross-functionally with various levels of management, both internally and externally
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with social media products including understanding of point of view of high profile and top tier creators and their potential for transforming businesses and industries both in U.S. and globally using Web3
Established creator relationships and proven reputation for being a subject matter expert
Willingness to be in market with deep industry relationships that gain you and your creators access to sought after industry events
Experience recognizing talent that is about to break as well a track record mentoring and developing digital talent
Understanding of Instagramβs surfaces with a deep knowledge of how short form digital creators use it to reach their audience
Strong public facing presentation skills representing Instagram and creator culture
Experience articulating creator feedback to internal stakeholders
Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
Experience analyzing social media analytics
