The Media & Community Partnerships team works with partners across entertainment, creators, public figures, news, sports, community leaders and nonprofits across the family of apps. The team is focused on helping build and grow innovative and meaningful content and community engagement experiences and businesses that deliver sustainable value for our partners in the form of audience, advertising revenue, and conversions. The team works on a wide range of product initiatives, including: Watch, Live, Instagram Video, Reels, Partner Monetization, News, Groups, Charitable Giving, Health and Education. The team also provides horizontal support across these areas for deals, content strategy and planning, audience development, product marketing, creative strategy, scaled outreach, and company-wide efforts like cultural relevance, IP regulation, racial justice initiatives and curation. Meta is seeking to grow its Creator Partner Solutions team within the larger Creator Partnerships organization. The Creator Partnerships team at Facebook works closely with the leading content creators in the world, including creators, public figures, music artists & athletes. This role will focus on working with top public figures & music artists and building programs that drive product adoption and business value. The role will work closely with Strategic Partner Managers, Product Teams, Marketing, Data Analysts, and Media Operations to help Facebook and our partners unlock business value across Meta's family of apps.
Music Artists Partner Solutions Manager, Creators Responsibilities:
Develop, manage and scale partnership programs that drive product adoption and partner business value through Meta's family of apps
Support managed partners and liaise with internal stakeholders to understand partnersβ core business needs and propose innovative solutions and opportunities to help partners achieve platform success
Manage implementation and optimization of Meta's strategic partnerships
Understand partnersβ core business needs and propose innovative solutions and opportunities
Act as an internal advocate on behalf of partners with cross-functional teams
Use data and insights to drive strategic decision-making
Proactively synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results as they relate to the ecosystem
Offer high-touch solutions based on familiarity with product launch status and bugs, proactively advocating for partners and pushing issues toward resolution
Respond to Internal and External partner inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years experience in account management, digital marketing, social media, partner or project management
Experience working with Public Figures or Music Artists at a talent agency, media, or tech company
Experience with using Facebook or Instagram to help partners or clients reach their goals
Experience turning data into narrative and using data to spot opportunities
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the talent and influencer space and the evolving players in the space
Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop creative partner or client activations
Experience solving problems in a collaborative environment
Experience prioritizing conflicting demands and projects, focusing on impact
