Yes, Scrunch shows change over time throughout its platform. Users can analyze AI search data via customizable date ranges and data visualizations.

For example, imagine a Scrunch user wants to view AI search performance trends for a specific time period.
They can simply filter their view of data by clicking the date selector button at the top of the Dashboard, Prompts, Citations, AI Search Trends, or Agent Traffic tabs.
This would allow them to view data using multiple preset options or a custom date range.
Additionally, users can view brand versus competitive presence over time and estimated conversation volume for topics over time as line charts in the Dashboard and AI Search Trends tabs.
Scrunch’s historical data goes back up to 12 months or to when a user first created their Scrunch environment, whichever is shorter.
However, the Scrunch API has a 90-day limitation for data retention, so if users are using API access, they’ll only get the last 90 days.
Scrunch uses multiple methodologies to collect prompt data from AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and others, including browser automation and official platform APIs.
Scrunch allows users to create customer personas based on unique characteristics and geographies and either auto-generate prompts based on those personas or assign personas to existing prompts for targeted tracking and filtering.
Scrunch currently supports seven major AI platforms: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, and Meta AI. Support for Microsoft Copilot and Grok is coming soon.
